RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Applicable products are returnable within the applicable return window of 7 days if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, is defective or different from their description on the product detail page on uniro.co.in.

Return will be processed only if:

it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;

the product is not different from what was shipped to you;

the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).

Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned.

If the replacement request is placed and uniro.co.in does not have the exact same product in stock, a refund would be issued to you.

For the products that are returned by the customer, the refund is issued to the original payment method (in case of pre-paid transactions) or to their bank account

With respect to the sale of Product by uniro.co.in to the Customer, uniro.co.in hereby represents and warrants to the Customer that:

Customer shall have and enjoy quiet possession of the Products on completion of sale.

Customer shall be entitled to all the warranties and other collaterals applicable to the Product or as generally made available by uniro.co.in

uniro.co.in has made every effort to display the Products that appear on the Website as accurately as possible. However, any difference in appearance in the actual product cannot be held against uniro.co.in.
Warranties as provided will be fulfilled by uniro.co.in as applicable.
The Customer hereby represents and warrants to uniro.co.in:

Uniro.co.in reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the customer at any point of time.

If upon confirmation, the Customer’s details are found not to be true (wholly or partly), then uniro.co.in has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar such customer from accessing the Website without prior intimation whatsoever.

The address at which delivery of the product ordered by the Customer is to be made will be correct and proper in all respects. Customer is completely responsible and liable for the correctness of delivery address details in this regard.

That before placing an order, customer will check the product description carefully. By placing an order for a product he/she agrees to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item's description.
PRICE INFORMATION:

All the products listed on the Website will be sold at MRP/List Price unless otherwise specified. The prices mentioned at the time of ordering will be the prices charged on the date of the delivery for COD orders. All prices are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT:

Uniro.co.in currently offers Prepaid methods only, including UPI Payments for purchases made on uniro.co.in. COD facility for pending orders is subject to the availability from our courier partners and shall be enabled during checkout if available.
Please note that for all deliveries, uniro.co.in will give free delivery above an order value of Rs.500. For orders below the said value, uniro.co.in reserves the right to charge an extra delivery fee to the customer at the time of placing the order.
This delivery fee will be added to the billed amount at the time of checkout, while placing the order online.

In case there is a delay in delivering the order to customers – either due to uniro.co.in’s own internal reasons or due to customer’s unavailability – uniro.co.in is not obligated to compensate the customers for the inconvenience. Customers are liable to pay the entire amount of the order before or at the time of delivery.

Uniro.co.in reserves the sole right to compensate the customers for any inconvenience caused. A decision to compensate customers for any inconvenience is at the sole discretion of uniro.co.in and could happen only through digital payments. Any compensation paid by uniro.co.in will be a separate transaction done through digital payment transfer. Customers cannot deduct any agreed compensation amount from the order amount.

Customer agrees to pay the entire order amount in full at the time of delivery. Exceptions cannot be made in any circumstances.
The typical time that is required to process an order is one (1) working day from receiving the order online. Please note all items’ invoice will be emailed to your login email address mentioning the price.
Uniro.co.in will make its best efforts to service all customer orders accurately and on time.
